We offer a 15-day replacement policy. If you receive a damaged or wrong product, you can request a replacement within 15 days of delivery.
Please note:

1- Refunds are not available.                                                                                                2- Only product replacement/exchange is allowed.
3- Product must be unused and in original packaging.
4- Replacement requests after 15 days will not be accepted.
